§       There is no fee to join; however you must be a member of the TPGA

§       SIC codes included are those related to the distribution of LPG and oil/gas related products (7219,8387,8350)

§        All business placed in the group is with Texas Mutual Insurance Company, the #1 carrier for Workers Comp and the #1 carrier of Purchasing Groups in the state of Texas

§       Members qualify for Texas Mutual Insurance Company dividends

§       Members qualify for Purchasing Group dividends (2003-2004: 5%)

§       Individual accounts will receive the group premium discount which is     currently at 10.6%

§       Loss prevention services at no additional cost

§       Submissions to the group are made directly by the agent of choice to Texas Mutual
